Returns and Refunds

 

Every Jet Set Black Travel product is made to order. We accept claims for products that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. We also accept claims for packages confirmed lost in transit.

 

Contact info@jetsetblacktravel.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the affected product. Lost-package claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, changes of mind, or incorrect size or color selections. Please review all product details and sizing information before ordering.

 

Eligible claims may receive a replacement or refund. Do not return an item without contacting us first. Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
